We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, and aspiring individual to join in support of our Solutions Delivery Administration Team (SolDAT). The primary role of the Solutions Delivery Coordinator will be to support and assist the SolDAT team in the management of service coordination for Spectra sold products and services.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Reporting to the Manager of Solution Delivery Enablement, this person will schedule resources to install, maintain, and relocate Spectra products both domestically and internationally. You will work in Customer Resource Management tools to track engagements, maintain records, and recognize revenue for the company.

 

You will work with various Teams inside and outside of our department to drive constant process improvements and customer satisfaction.  This includes Implementation Engineers, Inventory Management, Shipping, Data Management, Service Partner Management, Service Delivery, Training, and others.

 

You will work in support of the SolDAT team, assisting in the responsibilities of services coordination or acting as an associate coordinator to senior members managing complex solutions coordination.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable in Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.
  • Ability to demonstrate success in interacting with customers to complete projects.
  • Experience prioritizing and allocating resources.
  • Experience in Customer Resource Management tools (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred).
  • Attention to detail, a professional attitude, and timely execution of tasks are paramount.
  • Must be able to adapt well to change and prioritize work assignments under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and convey technical concepts related to Spectra Logic products.
  • Ability to work independently and take direction in a team environment.

 

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Knowledge of concepts, practices, and products related to the data storage field.
  • Experience in services coordination or other professional services related positions.

 

 

COMPENSATION:

Base salary range: $55,000 to $58,000 annually. While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate’s actual salary will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and location.
