• Experience as a Senior Leader and Solution Architect to front engagements in the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Space
• SAP delivery methodology (Activate) and SAP best practice content
• Deep expertise with SAP EC, TimeOff/ TimeTracking, Payroll – configuration and enhancement concepts
• Expertise in integrating with common roster and scheduling systems – UKG Dimensions, Workforce Software.
• Architectural knowledge and experience with the wider SAP landscape – S4HANA Private Cloud, S4HANA Public Cloud, Concur.
• Architectural knowledge and experience with SAP Business Technology Platform – especially new concepts like SAP Build Workzone, Build Process Automation and Integration Suite.
• Strong skills toward documentation, implementation standards and application life cycle management tools (Cloud ALM – Implementation and Operations).
