Solutions Architect-  Austin, TX

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team and lead the design and development of innovative technical solutions for our clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical architectures. You will provide expert guidance to sales, presales and success teams, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, aligned with client objectives, and compliant with industry standards and security protocols.

As a key technical leader, you will drive customer engagement through workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations, effectively communicating the value and technical aspects of our solutions to stakeholders at all levels. You will also play a critical role in developing technical proposals, leading proof of concept (PoC) initiatives, and overseeing the integration and deployment of solutions. Additionally, you will ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to customer success and implementation teams, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into detailed technical solutions, developing solution architectures, system integrations, and clear design documents for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide technical guidance to Presales and implementation teams while leading client discussions and collaborating with sales to develop and deliver feasible, technically sound proposals that align with customer objectives and needs.
  • Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations with clients to gather requirements and demonstrate solutions, while clearly articulating benefits and technical details to stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Ensure proposed solutions comply with industry standards and security protocols, driving the infosec approval process and collaborating with information security teams to address any concerns and requirements.
  • Design and execute PoCs and pilots to validate solution feasibility, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to productize successful outcomes.
  • Design integration solutions for third-party systems to ensure seamless interoperability, and develop deployment plans to oversee successful solution delivery.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of projects from pre-sales to customer success and implementation teams, providing detailed handover documentation and support to maintain continuity and customer satisfaction.

An ideal candidate for the Solutions Architect role would have

  • Degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years experience, with 5+ in solutions architecture.
  • Proven ability to design and implement compliant, complex solutions.
  • Skilled in presenting solutions through workshops and sessions.
  • Expert in producing architecture, specifications, integrations, and handover documentation.
  • Strong leadership in guiding presales, aligning solutions with client needs, and working with sales, product and engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, engaging stakeholders from tech teams to executives.
  • Leadership in guiding presales and implementation teams.
  • Willing to travel 30-50% based on client needs.
