Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, Human Resources (“D365”) projects including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
- Manage client engagement and lead client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the D365 solution. Ensure these requirements are captured in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project and onto Azure DevOps.
- Lead Conference Room Pilots to show case the D365 solution to clients.
- Create deliverable examples for other team members including
- Design documents for complex customizations and report modifications
- Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities.
- Field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
- Review design documents for customizations, reports for D365, data mapping and integration mapping written by other team members. Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
- Oversee configuration of D365 for Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Project Operations and Manufacturing as required.
- Ensure a high-quality solution by providing leadership for testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool.
- Undertake Data mapping, Data migration and data import into D365.
- Lead training for D365 and associated systems to clients as well as to other Unify Dots team members
- Lead pre-go live cutover and post go live support to clients and manage any issues including escalating to Microsoft for support.
- Conduct 3 training sessions at Unify University every year.
- Provide pre-sales support as required.
- Providing estimations for customizations, report enhancements, workflows, batch jobs, upgrades, integrations and data migration work.
- Write 3-4 D365 ERP functional blogs articles per year on the Unify Dots blog
