As a Solutions Architect at Bilue, you’ll lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You’ll focus on greenfield solution discovery, technical documentation, and leveraging cloud-native backend services to create scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior business leaders, product managers, designers, and business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions, facilitating alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are met through clear communication and aligned deliverables.
Solution Architecture & Discovery:
- Lead the discovery and design of greenfield solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solution designs that address business needs.
- Drive the adoption of architectural best practices and ensure alignment with organisational technology strategies.
Technical Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and clear for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct governance reviews to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
Third-Party Vendor Management:
- Facilitate engagement and management of third-party vendors and technology partners.
Technology Leadership:
- Design and implement solutions using Azure or AWS backend services for optimal scalability and reliability.
- Provide guidance on Native iOS and Android application integration with backend services.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying insights to guide innovation.
About You
- 7 years+ of experience in solution architecture
- A technical leader who thrives on developing and maintaining innovative digital products.
- Deep understanding of microservices, API design, and security best practices.
- Strong experience in cloud native backend development across Azure and AWS
- Strong understanding of client facing digital channels e.g. mobile and web, web portals.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, facilitating alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working in a consulting environment developing digital products/solutions for clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
