As we grow, we're excited to hire a Solution Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to AXON, our state-of-the-art Digital Supply Chain Twin SaaS solution. As Solution Manager you will be working behind the scenes to ensure the successful implementation of Axon. In this role, you will collaborate closely with implementation consultants, stepping in to provide specialized expertise and impactful solutions for unique challenges that drive client success.

About the role

  • Specialized Support: Collaborate with implementation consultants, who serve as the first point of contact with clients. Stay updated on multiple projects weekly and step in to offer guidance when required.

  • Expert Problem-Solving: Tackle complex or unique challenges that arise during client implementations. Deliver solutions that are technically robust, user-friendly, and tailored to client needs.

  • Configuration Design: Translate diverse client use cases into specialized templates.

  • Client Communication: While not the first point of contact, engage directly with clients or support consultants in providing solutions when necessary.

  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve configurations, ensuring they are maintainable, scalable, and highly configurable.

  • Escalation Management: Act as the go-to expert for project escalations related to non-standard implementations, offering tailored advice and solutions.

  • Trend Identification and Standardization: Analyze trends in recurring unique situations and develop new standardized templates for common non-standard scenarios.

  • Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation for new standard templates and approaches, and lead training sessions to ensure the team is equipped to implement them consistently.

  • Product Development Guidance: Participate in weekly alignment meetings with product managers and provide ongoing feedback to inform product development. Share insights into customer usage—both standard and non-standard—to shape product enhancements and future updates.
