Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics F&O framework.
  • Design comprehensive end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics F&O to effectively meet business needs and requirements.
  • Lead the implementation process of various Microsoft Dynamics F&O modules, including Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics F&O to suit specific business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of projects within the defined scope and objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish clear project goals, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all parties are aligned.
  • Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics F&O, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics F&O with other systems and applications to ensure seamless and efficient data flow across platforms.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure continuous system functionality.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure the integrity, quality, and performance of the implemented solutions.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or bugs within the Microsoft Dynamics F&O system, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, customizations, and business processes within Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance and business operations, aiding in decision-making processes.
  • Ensure that the Microsoft Dynamics F&O system complies with relevant regulations, standards, and security protocols to protect data and maintain system integrity.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures within Microsoft Dynamics F&O to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics F&O, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve system functionality and business processes, leveraging the latest Microsoft Dynamics F&O capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and other business units, to ensure cohesive and effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives.
  • Liaise with Microsoft and other third-party vendors for support, updates, and enhancements, managing relationships to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and service providers, coordinating efforts to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to the development of IT and business strategies by leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics F&O to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to use Microsoft Dynamics F&O to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree considered a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, demonstrating expertise in implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics F&O modules, including Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, with a deep understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with data migration and integration techniques, and knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle ERP implementations, with strong project management skills to handle timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Experience in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators, with the capability to provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, and business processes within Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to ERP systems, with experience in implementing security measures to protect data and ensure compliance.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics F&O, and a willingness to pursue relevant certifications and training.
  • Experience working with Microsoft and third-party vendors for support, updates, and system enhancements, with the ability to manage relationships with external consultants and service providers.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of IT and business strategies, identifying opportunities to leverage Microsoft Dynamics F&O for business growth and operational efficiency.
