We are excited to welcome a new member to Solutions Architecture team within our Regional Products and Solutions organization. As a member of solutions architecture team, your main goal will be to design and commercializing new payment solutions. Your role will involve leading business as well as technical conversations with Visa partners and clients. You will be guiding our clients' technology and product teams on implementing new solutions designed for the market. Deep understanding of payments API technology, card processing solutions, and card operations is crucial for this role.
Being highly collaborative, structured in client engagement and documentation, and having strong moderation and facilitation skills are key to success in this role. If you have a passion for payment systems and the ability to simplify complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences, this might be the perfect fit for you. This role will sometimes involve leading solution discussions that may span multiple teams, projects, countries, and time zones. Responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert on Visa’s core & digital solutions that can enabled card issuance and acceptance
Design new solutions and improve current solutions in partnership with product owner
Lead client workshops on Visa’s products and partner solutions that enable issuance of Visa credentials and help accelerate adoption of these solutions.
Help clients design solutions with the Visa and partner solutions
Drive partners to implement Visa solutions, help partners navigate through the process of enabling these solutions, assist with removing technical hurdles and advising clients on solution best practices
Program manage the client/partner implementations ensuring timely and successful launches
Ensure clients and partners implement the most optimal solutions using Visa and partner capabilities
Manage project pipeline, prioritization and driving client engagements
Track progress on implementations and act as first line of support for product related issues
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
