Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in the Microsoft infrastructure environment to craft hybrid solutions, seamlessly integrating public and private cloud components.
- Leverage your deep understanding of Microsoft products and solutions to design efficient and effective solutions, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
- Tap into your extensive network and contacts within Microsoft to stay ahead of the curve on innovations and developments, providing valuable insights to enhance our solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance to governing bodies and management on IT and cloud architecture, driving informed decision-making.
- Take ownership of managing the partnership between our organization and Microsoft, fostering collaboration and driving mutual success.
- Lead initiatives to identify and implement cost-saving measures and benchmarks within cloud solutions and architecture.
- Manage and coordinate task forces across IT operations, cloud technologies, and solutions to drive efficiency and excellence.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's or diploma degree with relevant professional experience or equivalent knowledge and skills.
Experience:
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and a minimum of 8 years' experience in IT operations.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and partner management.
- Extensive expertise (at least 5 years) in Microsoft products and technologies, including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Azure, and more.
- Comprehensive knowledge (minimum 5 years) in Microsoft product licensing.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including solution design and implementation.
- Strong background (minimum 5 years) in solution design within the IT outsourcing environment.
- Familiarity with applications, infrastructures, architecture concepts, and cloud computing technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and DevOps.
- Technical certifications such as MCSD and MCSE are preferred.
- Established relationships and contacts with Microsoft or Microsoft Germany GmbH.
