THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT:

Our SOA team is dedicated to optimize our customers' experience with the Ivalua solution and enhance adoption. With 4 team members, the SOA team needs to keep growing to satisfy demanding customers. In this context of fast growth you will help out our customers have the best experience within the Ivalua solution. 

ROLE:

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for an SOA Consultant. Reporting to the SOA Manager, you will be involved in interviewing key customer users to understanding any challenges they may be facing while using the Ivalua solution. You will be responsible for building an action plan based on the customers' challenges and provide a path forward for each action captured.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

  • Lead the end-to-end initiative to detect adoption and performance issues, by interviewing customers, and building an action plan to address identified topics
  • Report to management on all initiatives by following processes
  • Actively working within the Discovery phase by sharing with the Customer or Partner leading practices, demonstrating the product and taking ownership of the action plan.
  • Configure the solution on requirements and coordinate the effort with other team members to guarantee initiative milestones are met.
  • Oversee and contribute to the Delivery and Action plan and ultimately guarantee successful deployment to Production
  • Ensure PMO (Project Management Office) activities

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise on Ivalua Buyer Solution, ideally L3 Certified (SRM, S2C…)
  • Ability to understand complex functional and technical environments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Manage client relationships
  • Functional and business knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement
  • Comfortable looking for configuration solutions versus new coding and development
  • Familiar working on SQL and other databases, including software configuration
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Serve as a mentor to colleagues and project teams
  • Fluent in both English and French
