We make sure that our clients are comfortable working on a cutting-edge CRM system, which at the same time - with our hands - is fully tailored to their specific needs. We create and maintain solutions for Allegro departments such as Advertising, Delivery Experience, Customer Experience, Commerce and others.

We build processes to support the e-commerce platform for more than 100,000 small and medium-sized Polish and foreign trading companies - we operate on a scale that is hard to find elsewhere in Poland.

Every day thousands of customers contact Allegro, and hundreds of companies are contacted by our sales departments - you can be a part of this process and support Allegro's growth in real terms.

Our multidisciplinary team is made up of Business Analysts, Administrators, Data Engineers, Software Engineers - we all focus on making sure the products we deliver bring measurable additional value to our customers.

We are looking for people who:

  • Knows SalesForce CRM platform (Sales, Service Cloud)
  • Are experienced in quality testing and reliability of SalesForce product configurations, customizations and extensions used internally to support SF users
  • Have knowledge of integration using REST technologies (SOAP and/or Event-driven APIs would be appreciated)
  • Are familiar with Apex to write a scripts, debugging JavaScript, write SOQL query (basic knowledge of SOSL would be appreciated)
  • Are very familiar with Lightning, Aura Framework components
  • Are very familiar with Jira, Postman, Salesforce Workbench tools
  • Are familiar with SFDX (would be appreciated)
  • Are experienced in creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Are open to feedback and actively share their knowledge and experience
  • Speak English at B2 level

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • You will assure the quality and reliability of SalesForce product configurations, customizations and extensions used internally to support SF users
  • Oversee and own quality assurance against product increments in sprint cycles.
  • You will conduct and assist with functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression and performance testing.
  • Write end to end test plans and build test cases for supported integrations and applications 
  • You will support the solutions on production, test software in collaboration with product owners and vendor company 
  • You will participate in the design, creation, and deployment of SalesForce processes
  • You will share knowledge with team members, supports mid and junior engineers and product owners in SalesForce maintenance
