Software Quality Control Engineer (Midlevel)

  • Responsible for individual contribution to test cases based on release content and
  • Marketing Requirements and perform a test .
  • Design and execute test cases and test scenarios.
  • Review requirements documents in terms of consistency, completeness, and
  • correctness.
  • Verify that implemented software meets the business requirements.
  • Perform functional and UI testing for new or modified features based on quality and usability standards
  • Execute test cases and test scripts on the system.
  • Record and document results and compare to expected results.
  • Suggest functionality improvements based on usability standards
  • Provide guidance and support to Software Quality Engineers
  • Communicate with the Quality Lead to discuss projects issues and schedule.
  • Communicate with the Quality Lead on performance issues.
  • Ability to understand new testing techniques, technologies, and tools
  • 6+ months of hands-on Automation Testing is a plus.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
  • Good understanding of the software development and testing process.
  • Good knowledge of software testing types and techniques.
  • Experienced with agile concepts and hand-on experience in agile testing.
  • Experienced with Test Management tools (Zephyr, or\& Xray) preferable
  • SQL Scripting Knowledge in one or more enterprise RDBMSs (MYSQL, or\& Oracle).
  • Good knowledge of Automation testing like (Selenium).
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Performance testing Knowledge is a plus.
  • Very Good command of the English language.
  • Ability to understand new testing techniques, technologies, and tools
