We are seeking a motivated Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality of our applications across iOS, Android, and web platforms. You will perform manual testing, manage and assign tickets, and collaborate closely with our development team to enhance our products. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow their skills in software quality assurance and coordination.
Manual Testing Across Platforms:
- Perform thorough manual testing of our applications on iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Utilize Lambdatest for cross browser and cross platform testing, including automation testing.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Document and report bugs, providing detailed steps and screenshots in Jira.
Ticket Management and Coordination:
- Manage and prioritize tickets using Jira.
- Assign tickets to appropriate team members based on skill sets and workload.
- Ensure all tickets are updated with accurate information and follow up as necessary.
- Coordinate with the development team to resolve issues promptly.
Technology Integration and Tools:
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
- Use monitoring and analytics tools like RollBar, MS Clarity, and Google Firebase Analytics to track performance and identify issues.
- Understand and apply Agile testing methodologies and processes.
System Architecture Understanding:
- Gain a basic understanding of system architecture, including Frontend applications, Middleware, and Backend systems.
- Collaborate with developers to understand system design and potential impact areas.
Impact and Root Cause Analysis:
- Perform impact analysis to understand the effect of issues on the system.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and suggest mitigation plans.
Team Collaboration and Mentoring:
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, promoting open communication.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Education:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience:
- Open to fresh graduates and individuals with some experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn manual testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira for ticket management.
- Exposure to or willingness to learn Lambdatest for testing purposes.
- Interest in learning CI/CD integration tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub.
- Willingness to learn monitoring tools such as RollBar, MS Clarity, and Google Firebase Analytics.
