The Role
● Setting up high-quality automated test cases and test scenarios for integrations.
● Writing scalable and robust frameworks that can be used to automate tests.
● Planning the testing process.
● Performing functional, and regression testing.
● Creating comprehensive and on-point test reports that summarize the test results for the development team, CTO & PO.
● Reviewing the product code throughout the development lifecycle, and reviewing the tests to ensure that all the requirements are being met.
● Taking part in the planning and design processes.
● Support on production issues investigation together with PO, and support agents to ensure that they are properly addressed on the short, medium, and long term.
● Able to articulate automation strategies clearly and collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and operations teams to embed testing as an integral part of development from the ground up.
● Open to feedback and (a preferred) working experience with an agile, Western work culture that values assertiveness, openness, and transparency.
