We are looking for experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer - SQA to join our team. Your primary focus will be ensuring the reliability and functionality of our web applications by designing, developing, and maintaining manual, and automated tests. You will work closely with our development and QA teams to drive test manual & automation best practices and help deliver high-quality software.
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to understand project requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Execute and analyze test results, identify and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Responsible for testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and support of systems application software.
- Design, create, execute, and report on functional tests against multiple applications.
- Follow Quality Control processes according to the Industry Standard practices.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of practical experience in Quality Assurance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A strong grasp of software testing fundamentals, methodologies, and effective practices.
- Proficiency in Unit, Integration, and Load testing techniques.
- Proven track record in testing intricate web applications and APIs.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with outstanding analytical capabilities.
- Active participation in the expansion of our test automation capabilities.
- Experience in both manual and automated testing environments.
Desirable Skills:
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Understanding of the QA role within Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Fundamental knowledge of Software Engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience utilizing performance testing tools such as Gatling or JMeter.
- Introductory knowledge of Docker, Postman, and version control systems like Git.
