We are looking for a QA Analyst Intern to join our Customer and Monetization group—a dynamic team dedicated to attracting new users, managing account access, monetizing free services with ads, converting users to paid plans, enhancing payment experiences, and improving customer relationship tools.
As an intern, you’ll work closely with our QA experts to plan and conduct various types of testing, including manual, automated, and exploratory testing. You will also be responsible for writing and maintaining automation scripts using Java for both mobile and web platforms, and participate in team meetings and development processes.
What you will do:
Assist in planning and executing manual tests, including UI, API, and exploratory tests.
Help write and maintain test cases and related documentation for ongoing projects.
Track and update the bug backlog, writing clear and detailed bug reports.
Analyze and report the results of automated tests.
Support the development and maintenance of automated tests using Appium and Selenium.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to understand project goals and challenges.
Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and testing strategies.
Continuously learn and apply best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
