We are looking for a talented Software Project Manager to join our team. You will work alongside our developers and designers to build outstanding web and mobile applications for our clients. This position will give you the opportunity to work across a number of projects and industries in a collaborative, agile environment.
As a Software Project Manager at LaunchPad Lab, your key responsibilities will include:
- Work with cross-functional teams of designers and developers to deliver outstanding digital products
- Collaborate with delivery teams to define and shape product requirements
- Create and update project roadmaps complete with timeline, scope, and budget
- Ensure projects are in line with timelines, scope, and budgets
- Use agile project management best practices and rituals to manage work
- Lead both internal and client-facing meetings and workshops
- Quickly understand business needs across different industries
- Be comfortable performing QA to confirm that work meets requirements and exceeds client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Project Manager (3+ years)
- Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and software development processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to lead teams and client relationships
- Comfortable in client-facing situations. Previous consulting experience is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and designers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in English
