As a Software Product Manager at Doka, you will lead the full product lifecycle—from defining the product vision to market delivery—ensuring alignment with customer and business needs. You are responsible for shaping and executing a clear strategy that includes customer feedback, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration across teams like marketing, sales, and support to drive impactful results.
You are responsible for defining the product vision, product strategy and translating it into clear, achievable and measurable roadmaps. Product Managers accompany the product throughout all product lifecycle stages, iteratively integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving outcome and prioritization as well as pre/post-launch execution with collaborating teams like product marketing, sales, customer support etc. This means the Software Product Manager drives the product’s success from conception to launch and beyond. This position integrates all aspects of bringing a software product to customers including the guidance of technical developments within an agile software organization.

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 46.290 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
