About the Team
The Engineering team at Clari is an Agile shop that practices Scrum across all our teams. We layer in coordination practices such as Big Room Planning to stay aligned with Clari’s KPIs quarterly across sites and teams. About the role
The Experience Foundations team at Clari is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help us build the next generation of our Revenue Platform user experience and services. We are consolidating the UI across all of Clari’s products and deepening the integration among our services. You will be instrumental in crafting foundational frontend and backend solutions relied upon by all of Clari’s application teams. As part of this effort, you will participate in efforts to consolidate and standardize various engineering practices, from code style and code quality tooling to continuous delivery.
We develop Enterprise SaaS products, fundamentally powered by AI and Analytics to transform the way track, forecast, and predict revenue. We are 100% cloud-native and build our product using reliable tools and technologies that our team knows and trusts, including Java, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, TypeScript, and React.
We’re a collaborative team of product managers, designers, backend, frontend, and quality automation engineers that genuinely enjoys working together. We are looking for a new team member who has passion for building great products with simplicity, usability, scalability, and reliability in mind.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a consistent, delightful and seamless user experience
- Evolve a shared React Frontend component library and design system
- Develop key shared services for search, notifications, and other cross-cutting concerns
- Support other teams in using and integrating services and solutions provided by the Experience Foundations team
- Collaborate with engineers to shape future-proof interfaces that are easy to build against and meet the requirements of customer- and internal-facing teams
- Apply and evolve engineering best practices for consistent code patterns, style, and quality
- Produce high-quality results by consulting on and contributing to large cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the business
Qualifications
- Strong technical background, including 3+ years of experience working on large-scale React-based web applications with TypeScript and a JVM-based backend
- Strong understanding of building robust and secure REST and/or gRPC-based service integrations
- Familiarity with latest frontend patterns and best practices on React hooks, component composition, and state management
- Experience with writing tests using mocks and data fixtures for both front and back end code
- Able to express service and web application interactions with well-designed and versioned interfaces, models, and abstractions
- Some experience with observability in web applications (Splunk, Datadog, Sentry, Hotjar, Pendo, FullStory, or similar)
- Familiarity with (No)SQL, preferably PostgreSQL as well as MongoDB
- Experience with Storybook is preferred
- Experience with working in a true continuous delivery environment is desirable
- Experience with GraphQL or gRPC a plus
