Job Summary
As a Tech Lead, you will be tasked with ensuring we meet the client's needs. You will be the one setting the vision for the project. It will be you who will make sure that it is successfully delivered while at the same time taking responsibility for creating a future-proofed project architecture. Your team and clients will need to know they can rely on you. You will also have an active role in supporting the team in building maintainable, efficient code.
Your mission on the team will also consist of working closely with innovative thinkers with experience on worldwide projects and guiding them so that you ensure the best possible quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications is achieved. Your proactivity and strategic thinking will be a must at all times.

Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading, managing and coaching software development teams.
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong understanding of software solution development processes and agile methodology application.
- Proficiency in any of the following backend or frontend languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, with an understanding of their ecosystems.
- Strong client communication experience.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience with using cloud services providers (Azure or AWS).
- Proficient in Event-driven architecture, microservices, and cloud design patterns.
- Strong knowledge in relational or non-relational databases.
- Actively engage in the development process, offering technical expertise to solve complex problems and optimize software solutions.
- Contribute to the establishment and expansion of our company-wide knowledge base, identifying development needs, and formulating strategies for community advancement.
- Track the evolution of architecture, practices, patterns, and processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development, serving as a mentor to colleagues and organizing knowledge-sharing sessions and presentations.
- Participate in the interview process and onboarding activities for new team members, contributing to the growth and success of our development team.
- Possess knowledge of the business logic of products and planning processes, including task breakdown, estimation, and monitoring.
- Open to occasional travel as needed for business purposes.
- Strategical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong desire to stay on top of the latest developments in web technologies.
