岗位职责
- 参与搜索引擎与推荐系统的算法研究与开发工作，包括但不限于个性化排序、用户行为分析、内容理解、冷启动等方向。
- 基于业务需求，设计并实现高效的算法模型，优化搜索与推荐效果，提升用户体验。
- 跟踪业界最新算法动态，进行技术调研与实验，探索新技术在搜推领域的应用。
- 与产品经理、开发工程师紧密合作，理解业务需求，将算法成果转化为实际产品功能。
- 对算法效果进行持续监控与评估，根据数据反馈进行迭代优化。
- 撰写技术文档，分享技术心得，提升团队整体技术水平。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数学、统计学、信息工程或相关专业，不低于6个月，实习时间自即日起至2025年6月（或根据项目需求可适当调整），可全职实习的同学优先。
- 熟悉机器学习、深度学习基本原理，有扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握Python/Java/C++中至少一种编程语言。
- 对搜索引擎、推荐系统有浓厚兴趣，了解其基本架构和工作原理。
- 具备良好的数据分析能力，能熟练使用SQL进行数据查询与预处理。
- 有良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能够独立分析问题并设计解决方案。
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，乐于分享，善于学习新知识。
