What you will do:
As the Vonage Software Engineering Apprentice, you will sit side-by-side with world-class engineers & professionals. Vonage Apprentices are given meaningful assignments and exposure to real-world experiences within the technology industry. All Vonage Apprentices are challenged to think outside the box, shatter the status quo and innovate relentlessly!
Please note, this is a 6 month Apprenticeship paying 50,000 INR per month and you must be currently based in Bangalore and able to work hybrid in our office (WeWork, Roshini Tech Hub, PFS Club House, Marathahalli Main Rd, R.J.Gardens, Lakshminarayana Pura, EPIP Zone, Chinnapanna Halli Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037)
Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Should have completed or be in the final year of a BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical & Communications

GPA: We are looking for candidates with a GPA of 8.0 or above

Age Requirement: Must meet minimum legal age for apprenticeship programs as per local labour laws.

Eagerness to Learn: Enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and knowledge in the field.

Hiring Process:

Application Stage - You will submit your application and answer a few initial filtering questions to assess basic eligibility.

Initial Filtering - Our TA Partners will review all applications. Suitable candidates will progress to the Codility Test (Online technical test).

Codility Test - Candidates are required to complete a Codility Test within 3 days. The pass rate is set at 80% to proceed to the next round.

TA Screening - A 15-minute screening call will be conducted to assess the candidate's communication skills, motivation, and cultural add.

In-Person Session (October 24th)
- 30-minute welcome and introduction by Manjunath, our Site Leader.
- 60-minute Coding Pen & Paper Exercise to evaluate problem-solving skills.
- 30-minute follow-up interview to discuss the coding exercise.

Following the In-Person Session the team will hold a final meeting to decide which candidates will receive an offer.
