What you get to do in this role:
Manage the complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments including necessary configurations and integrations, and application admin activities.
Analyze incidents to identify application and system problems and possible solutions in a timely and accurate manner.
Assists in troubleshooting integration, and user management issues by digging into application and system logs
Develops procedures and scripts for monitoring and automation of manual processes.
Engage with product engineering and support teams to troubleshoot issues and any planned activities
Maintain system documentation for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues.
Develop and share best practices for Admin operations and enhancements based on lessons learned

To be successful in this role you have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 1-3 years of IT industry experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Strong understanding of technology platforms, particularly web applications/SaaS platforms
ServiceNow platform administration experience preferred.
Experience supporting/administering other enterprise platforms and technologies is an advantage.
Good knowledge of JavaScript libraries, Web services, SOAP, Java, SQL, and LINUX
Experience working with application logs, prefer experience using Splunk
Good understanding of ITIL framework or experience working in an ITIL-based environment
