- Analysis, design and development of requirements in collaboration with colleagues of Product Development, customers, business analysts and software partners
- Analysis of customer requirements and design and implementation of new functionalities
- Maintenance of existing functionalities
- Collaboration and contribution in projects across departments
- Update of technical documentation in close collaboration with Technical Writers
- Technical support of customer projects (new implementation of, or upgrades to, the Avaloq Banking Suite)
- University degree in computer science or equivalent
- With minimum 3+ years solid knowledge of software engineering
- Extensive experience in PL/SQL programming
- Experience in Oracle DBMS and system performance engineering
- An enthusiasm for complex multi-platform security solutions in the intranet and internet environment
- Strong analytical skills and high standards of quality
- the ability to promote a positive attitude among the organization through personal behaviour
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
It would be a real bonus if you have:
- Exposure to Financial Markets and understanding of data security regulations
- Experience in Java, Spring Boot
- Experience in containers, Kubernetes / OpenShift
