Devsinc is seeking a passionate Software Engineer (ROR) to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails for the back-end and React for the front-end. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions that not only meet client specifications but also enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Build responsive and dynamic interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX requirements into functional applications.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and build RESTful APIs.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness by writing clean, maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in web development with a focus on Ruby on Rails and React.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end logic.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
