- Develop and maintain Python applications and tools to support the productization of AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers and AI researchers to integrate models and research prototypes into production systems.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable backend solutions, including APIs and workflows.
- Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge with the team, and contribute to improving development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the development and deployment lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in frameworks like Flask, FastAPI.
- Proficiency in both cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, API design, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker) and familiarity with orchestration solutions (Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
