About the Role
As a member of our Pay Anyone & Community team you will play a crucial role in building a best in class P2P product that will enable members to send and receive money to anyone. Pay Anyone is one of the most widely used products for Chime members. It processes over $1 Billion dollars of P2P transactions monthly and is used by almost 50% of members regularly. While we have made a ton of progress in this space, we have amazing opportunities to help our members create groups, share expenses, build and participate in communities to solve their most painful liquidity needs, and solve scam and education problems that will improve their trust with Chime.
In this role you will collaborate heavily with engineers, designers and product managers to build new features which are easy and joyful to use and create real impact in our member’s financial journeys. You will get opportunities to engage with a broad range of tech stack and own creating new APIs, maintain ongoing health of the code, collaborate on architecture conversations and invest in improving operational excellence.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $112,000 and up to $155,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
