What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain high-quality, accessible, mobile-first React web applications
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other software engineers across multiple teams
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.
- Learn from and share knowledge with other developers
- Improve the development experience by enhancing development tools, test coverage, documentation, and code structure
Requirements
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and React
- Interest in learning about creating accessible applications
- Interest in sharing knowledge
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced, iterative software development
Bonus Qualifications
- Typescript, Tailwind CSS experience
- Jest, Playwright experience
- Monorepo experience
- Accessibility and user experience knowledge
Salary
- Compensation Range: $102,960 - $128,700
- Quarterly 25% bonus target
- Equity stock options package
- This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
