What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement requested features as a hands-on contributor

Act as a performance expert to sit in design discussions

Continuously identify performance hotspots and carry out optimizations

Participate in support rota and assist with issue investigations
What We Look For In You

Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background

3 years and above of application development experience
- Adaptability and quick learning ability

Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills

Familiarity with Aeron, Disruptor, JVM, network stack, low-level programming, and hardware architecture is a great plus
- Knowledge of financial market / crypto trading is a plus
