Job Title: Java Developer (Senior Software Engineer) – B4

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
- Development of high-quality software solutions using the specified technical stack.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of development and testing environments, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and reliability.
- Participate in the review of user stories, offering technical insights and guidance to ensure requirements are well-understood and feasible.
- Review the overall delivery process, from development through testing to deployment, ensuring it aligns with project goals and quality standards.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot.
- Good knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience with database design and optimization (ORACLE, MySQL).
- Solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
