This role is remote in the Czech Republic. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the Czech Republic and have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic.
What you'll do at Jamf:
At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. You will become a member of a team responsible for critical parts of our Jamf Private Access infrastructure. This consists of microservices written in Java and Go, which are running in many data centers across the globe. You will be joining a full-stack team that takes care of all steps that form the software development lifecycle.
We are looking for a person, who strives to deliver a great quality product. To achieve this you will not only need to master the writing of the code itself, but also be able to communicate with your peers effectively in a mixed in-person and remote environment of today. We are also looking for somebody who not only knows Java syntax but is eager to understand its internals and core concepts. In addition to Java, you will be developing a lot of Go code - good knowledge of this language is welcomed, but do not despair if you do not have any experience there.

- Break down customer problems into work you and the team can execute on.
- Independently complete a majority of identified tasks from start to finish with high quality.
- Use your knowledge of the product to mentor others.
- Use your knowledge of Engineering best practices to ask the right questions, solve problems, and build great software.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts with others in the organization (Technical Communication, Support, Product and Cloud).
- When you don’t know the solution, seek out the appropriate people in the organization for advice.
- Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and purpose of the organization.
- Adheres to the highest moral, ethical, and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation, and creativity.

What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing enterprise-grade software with an understanding of testing and quality assurance processes (Required).
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in current programming language and tools based on position requirements (Required)
- Experience building enterprise-level software
- Experience working within an agile organization
- Understanding of build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo
- Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of customers and employees
- Solution-focused ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
