Attributes Of An Ideal Candidate / What You’ll Do In This Role
5+ years experience, ideally in a role that required a full-stack capability and mentality (e.g. early eng hire at series seed/A/B startup).
Lead/own product end-to-end, hands-on coding. Proficiency in Node.js, React Native, and AWS. Bonus: ML. Well-versed in microservices architecture, modular development.
Compelled to make an impact, with strong product sense, customer centric mindset. Detail-oriented builder delivering high-performing, scalable solutions to user's problems.
Excellent work from home communication skills. Self-starter and self-motivator.
Excited to work in a startup with daily stand-ups and quick product validation cycles.
Prefer learning quickly, embracing fail-fast to refine code, systems, and processes.
Extreme owner, embracing the great responsibility that comes with freedom/autonomy.
Self-driven nature: may often be the sole member of a project, therefore must drive. Execute product roadmap iteratively with product leadership and other stakeholders.
