Software Engineer Frontend

As a Software Engineer Frontend, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the user interface of our modular video chat application. This single-page application (SPA) is built using modern front-end technologies and features multiple themes. You will work closely with our design team, business analysts, and other developers to ensure the application is performant, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a modular and reusable video chat application with multiple themes and switchable features.
• Collaborate with designers to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma as a design tool.
• Implement Bluetooth connectivity and hardware control within the application.
• Optimize the application for performance across Chrome and Edge browsers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using TypeScript, React, and SCSS.
• Utilize Redux and Saga for state management, ensuring smooth and efficient data flow within the application.
• Integrate WebRTC for real-time video communication and WebSocket for efficient data exchange.
• Conduct unit and integration testing using Jest, ensuring high code quality and application stability.
• Use Storybook for component documentation and testing, and Framer Motion, Loki, and Rive for animations and visual effects.
• Monitor application performance and errors using Sentry and Kibana, and collaborate with the DevOps team for CI/CD processes using Jenkins.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices by participating in team knowledge-sharing sessions and utilizing Udemy Business courses.
• Work closely with business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Proficient in TypeScript, React, and SCSS.
• Experience with Redux, Saga, WebSocket, REST APIs, and WebRTC.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma and animation libraries such as Framer Motion, Loki, and Rive.
• Strong understanding of single-page application (SPA) architecture and development.
• Experience with component-driven development using Storybook.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest for unit and integration testing.
• Experience with build tools and bundlers like Webpack.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience with error monitoring tools like Sentry and log management tools like Kibana.
• Understanding of Bluetooth communication in web applications is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, preferably with a focus on single-page applications.
