Software Engineer – Build, Innovate, Mentor!

As a Software Engineer III at Euromonitor, you will drive backend service implementation using C#, mentor junior engineers, and elevate technical standards. If you're excited about solving complex challenges and shaping the future of software development, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop backend services efficiently and effectively in C#
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence
  • Participate in pair programming (as mentor or mentee) and code reviews
  • Break down large tasks to improve development speed and maintain code quality
  • Ensure adherence to Test Driven Development (TDD) and design patterns
  • Leverage DevOps practices and Azure cloud infrastructure

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft, Cloud-Native, and Open-Source technologies
  • Expertise in C# .Net Core, ASP.Net Core, SQL, and APIs
  • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and DevOps practices
  • Experience with Serverless, Microservices, and Docker
  • Familiarity with TDD, SOLID, and event-driven architecture
  • Ability to mentor, solve problems proactively, and work in cross-functional teams
  • Strong debugging, performance analysis, and complex design pattern skills

  • Excellent communicator within teams and across the broader tech organization
  • Critical thinker with a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Committed to fostering a collaborative, creative, and growth-driven culture
  • Passionate about mentoring and nurturing team development
