We are seeking a Backend Software Developer with expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture. The engineers would be involved in developing a product that helps Retailers transform their Retail Media business in a way that helps them achieve maximum ad revenue and enable massive scale.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust backend systems and services using .NET technologies .
Build, deploy, and maintain microservices in a cloud-based environment, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and performance.
Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage backend services in a cloud-native environment.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Optimize backend services for performance, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions. Provide mentorship to junior developers as needed.
Implement automation frameworks, integrate CI/CD pipelines, and drive continuous improvement to streamline deployment and testing processes.
Write unit, integration, and performance tests. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for backend services, architecture, and workflows.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), including cloud-native services like containers (Docker), serverless, and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and experience with cloud database services.
Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working with third-party integrations.
Experience with continuous integration, deployment, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
Knowledge of event-driven architecture, messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and service discovery mechanisms.
Understanding of security principles, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices.
Experience with performance optimization, load balancing, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to debug complex systems

Preferred Skills:
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack, Datadog, New Relic).
Familiarity with serverless architectures.
