This position is based in San Francisco where the team is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work from home Monday and Friday. We offer relocation support for those based outside of San Francisco Bay Area.
About the role
We’re building both a product and a technology, and we always prioritize acting in a customer-centric way. In this role, you'll be presented with challenging technical problems, including (but not limited to) building a fully flexible, cross-platform app that powers fraud prevention, trust, and compliance across diverse industries.
What you'll do at Persona
- Design, build, and ship product features for Persona’s core identity information collection flow
- Build the no-code editor used by our business customers to build, design, theme, test, and analyze collection flows
- Develop innovative ways to process, extract, and orchestrate on collected identity information
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand complex use cases and develop platform-enhancing solutions
- Handle all different types of scale - from helping a new start up automate their manual processes to supporting enterprises with their Super Bowl Sunday scale

- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer

Offer and benefits
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $130,000 - $220,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. Salary ranges reflect regional market standards for our SF and NY office locations. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission.
