The Carriers & Accounts team is at the backbone of Coalition’s business, owning services and data models for carriers, accounts (policy holders), agencies, and brokers that are core to the company’s insurance products. The team’s focus is on building a high-quality scalable platform that supports many features and flows. Engineers on this team will gain experience with designing and implementing APIs and data models, as well as with large scale data migrations. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $85,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $140,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
