We are looking for a proactive and experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in Python and React. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and maintaining scalable web applications and managing data integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and tools like Workato.
What will I be doing?
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python, React and similar tools.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Assist in the design and architecture of new software solutions.
- Design, develop, and manage data integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Utilize Workato or similar tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) for building and managing automation workflows.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of integration processes and data flows.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on software and integration-related issues.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and software trends.
- Monitor and optimize application performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies, for building and deploying complete applications.
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP API development and integration.
- Familiarity with Workato or similar integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft).
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases).
- Proven experience in building and maintaining web applications.
- Experience in automating workflows and processes using integration tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
