The salary range for this position is 14 200 - 19 690 PLN in gross terms (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost)

Additionally, depending on your annual assessment and the company's results:

Annual bonus up to 10% of the annual salary gross

About the team

Machine Learning Research Lab provides AI solutions tailored for eCommerce. In the Language Intelligence area, our mission is to ensure that language on international platforms supports effortless shopping and selling. We offer state-of-the-art AI like Semantic Search and Machine Translation, build AI-based automation tools, and deliver scalable translation solutions at Allegro.

By joining us, you will have a significant impact on AI at Allegro. You will design and implement highly scalable distributed solutions to deliver AI.

We are looking for people who:

  • Write code in Kotlin/TypeScript/Java or different high-level programming language

  • Expect work to be impact-oriented (not just "management mandated") 

  • Want to be proud of the code they create and enjoy the results

  • Finds effective solutions to user requirements

  • Are open to receiving feedback and sharing knowledge during code reviews

  • Are willing to develop and update their knowledge continuously

  • Knows English at a level of min. B2

  • Are familiar with any cloud platform (preferably Google Cloud Platform)

Additionally, it’s a plus if you have:

  • Practical knowledge of ML algorithms and common libraries used to deal with ML models.

  • Practical knowledge of JVM, our services robustly handle big traffic

  • Experience in AI-based solutions development

  • Experience with coding in Python

  • Experience with BigData and SQL knowledge
