Requirements

Education and Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• Recent graduates (within the last 2 years)
• 3.0 GPA (equivalent) and above

Soft Skills and Attitude

• Ardent desires to grow, learn innovative technologies, and develop skills in the fintech industry. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and mentors.
• A curious mindset with a keen interest in solving technical problems.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team, take feedback positively, and contribute to group projects. 
• Demonstrated interest in software development and innovative technologies. 

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with at least one programming language (PHP, Java, Go, JavaScript).
• Basic knowledge of web or mobile development.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Ability to understand and approach coding challenges logically. 

Potential for Growth

• Interest in long-term growth within a company, with a willingness to engage in continuous learning and development. 
• Desire to take on responsibilities over time and potentially mentor others after the initial development phase. 

Note - Personal projects will be highly considered.  

Program Highlights

• Year 1: Intensive training, mentorship and hands-on on company projects.  
• Year 2: Full integration into company as Junior Software Engineer upon successful completion of year 1 based on a performance evaluation score of 3.2/4.0 and above.
• Year 3: Earn a cash bonus after three years of success with Maviance PLC, based on consecutive performance evaluation score of 3.0/4.0 and above.
