About the Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-II/III (Flutter & Dart) for the InScribe team within  Applications Engineering who can help us build  the next generation of mobile applications in Android and iOS for our customers. This role will report to an Engineering Manager. A Day in the Life

• Provide strategic direction and develop new features improving the experience of mobile apps.
• Support and improve the tooling, infrastructure, and processes that support rapid and reliable delivery of high-quality features on mobile platforms.
• Lead mobile software development efforts by driving architecture selection, software design, and execution.
• Understand UI design and develop user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Perform code reviews as part of the continuous integration and continuous delivery cycle.
• Optimize app performance and ensure compatibility across various devices.
• Test products to keep up the quality and fix any malfunctioning aspects. Automate for regression analysis. 

What You Need

• 4+ years of experience creating and deploying Android/iOS Apps.
• You possess at least 1 years of experience as a Flutter Engineer/ Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong System Design and Architecture skills.
• Understanding of Human Computer Interface as well as Material Design.
• Understanding of CI/CD in the context of Mobile Apps.
• Strong understanding of source code version control systems, Git, and code branching/merging strategies.
• A keen eye for Process/Product Improvements.
• Possess a customer-focused attitude through conversations and documentation 
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
