We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and innovative software solutions. As a pivotal member of the team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor developers, and contribute to our technology strategy, ensuring that RMgX continues to set the standard for cutting-edge digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable software solutions and products to address complex business problems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define product and technical requirements, conducting integration and impact analyses as needed.
• Innovative Problem Solving: Develop novel methods and principles to solve complex problems with limited precedent, driving innovation across the organization.
• Mentorship and Standards: Mentor and guide developers to achieve technical excellence, establishing and enforcing standards for high-quality development work.
• Business Development Support: Participate in sales pursuits, project estimation, and other business development activities to help shape and win new opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX, visual design, content, digital strategy, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of fully integrated and cohesive solutions.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and contribute to setting the organizational technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect or in a similar leadership role.
• Expertise in designing and building scalable software solutions, including experience with microservices, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies, architectural patterns, and software development life cycles.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and develop solutions for complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong mentoring capabilities, with a passion for fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in business development, project estimation, or pre-sales support.
