We are looking for an Architect to join a project focused on automating processes within the finance department to integrate international financial accounting systems into the existing analytical system of the company group.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning the current processes of the distributed finance department of the company group;
- Studying the current automated processes and existing analytical system;
- Creating the architecture of a comprehensive system for automating financial accounting processes and participating in its software development;
- Understanding the peculiarities of international financial systems in terms of accounting management, technical configuration capabilities, data loading and extraction;
- Integrating existing and new subsystems into a unified system for automating the consolidation of financial data to generate operational and managerial reports in the existing analytical system;
- Solving integration and data exchange cases with international banks;
- Determining suitable technologies, required competencies, and necessary resource allocation for system implementation;
- Organizing information support and user training regarding automated processes and the software solutions used in them;
- Preparing technical documentation and user manuals on automation processes.
The following qualifications are required:
- Higher technical/mathematical and/or economic education;
- Software architecture skills are a must-have;
- Practical experience in building systems directly linked to the technical part (modules diagrams, connections, sw solution stack);
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing automated accounting; systems, including integration with other systems and API development;
- Understanding of data processing, transformation, and business analysis principles;
- Practical skills in system analysis, working with stakeholders, formalizing business requirements into technical task;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent spoken English in the financial domain.
Advantage skills:
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards: IFRS, GAAP;
- Knowledge of 1C BIT.Finance, 1C:ERP configuration, experience in designing integrations with systems outside the 1C infrastructure;
- Experience in financial analysis;
- Knowledge of accounting and financial management;
- Experience in integration with systems such as DATEV, QuickBooks, PRIMAVERA;
- Ability to work with databases and knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle);
- Experience with business analysis systems (Qlik Sense).
