🤖 Experience, knowledge & skills 🤖
- You are a Software Engineer who has been working in Software Development for more than 5 years
- You have the ability to compare various architectural and technical solutions and make experience and evidence-based decisions (Java Tech Stack)
- Excellent knowledge of security practices and complying with them.
- Very good understanding of architecture patterns and practices e.g., domain-driven design, dependency injection, event-driven design.
- You have proven leadership experience, e.g. with team management or mentoring
- You have practical experience building sustainable, scalable, and well-documented APIs
- You take ownership of software solutions from talking to the business to running the software in the production environment
- You can create extendable and scalable systems that are working well together
- You trust your software – you know how it works, why it works, how to break it (and fix it)
- You feel comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- You have great communication skills and good English
👩💻 What you will be doing 👨💻
- Make tech decisions together with the team and other stakeholders
- Ensure workflow transparency & communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders
- Mentoring and supporting the team, e.g. holding regular 1:1 meetings, giving structured feedback, identifying knowledge gaps
- Ownership of project scope.
- Making sure the team is moving towards the goals.
- Prioritizing and setting team goals.
- Making sure the solutions are tested, reliable, secure, and fulfill the business needs within the given limits and available resources.
- Nurturing a safe and trustful team environment.
- Onboarding new employees.
- Organizing processes, meetings, etc., that enables team improvement and productivity.
- Effectively communicating with business/clients, colleagues, stakeholders, and management.
