We are looking for a Software Architect!
 
Summary Of Responsibilities:
 
·       Creating and documenting software architecture plans, ensuring they meet both business requirements and technical standards.
·       Guiding development teams, providing technical direction, and mentoring junior developers.
·       Working closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and other engineers, to align the technical architecture with business goals.
·       Reviewing code to ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and architectural principles.
·       Researching and selecting appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
·       Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, ensuring the system can handle the required load.
·       Implementing security best practices to protect data and systems.
·       Maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of the architecture and design decisions.
·       A Software Architect typically has extensive experience in software development, a deep understanding of software engineering principles, and strong problem-solving skills.
·       Collaborate with Engineering team on new features, issues/break fix for core product
·       Analyze and resolve problems with custom integrations, Adaptive Applications, Adaptive Plugins and Tooling Applications used Internally
·       Oversee the development of software applications, ensuring that they are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
·       Collaborate with Engineering team on new features, issues/break fix for core product
 
 
 
What We're Looking For:
 
·       5+ years’ experience as a Developer
·       Prior experience in a technical leadership position
·       5 years mentoring technical teams
·       Good proficiency in Python frameworks like Django Flask etc
·       Web frameworks and RESTful APIs Core Python fundamentals and programming
·       Code packaging release and deployment
·       A deep understanding of the software development life-cycle, and a track record of shipping software on time
·       Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
·       Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented development
·       Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
·       Strong communication skills with both internal team members and stakeholders
·       Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
