The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Social & Showroom Assistant to support our Nasty Gal team in LA.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the upkeep of the showroom including merchandising and ordering new collections
- Organise showroom on a day-to-day basis
- Host daily showroom appointments with influencers, press, stylists and VIPs
- Research new talent to invite into the showroom
- Proactively working to seed and merch showroom on product pushes and work closely with buying & merch team on product
- Support with monthly gifting suites and mixers. Working with external suppliers to offer unique and fun activations, guest list management and being the brand representative at all of these events
- Work with the brand marketing team and support with launches, edits and shoots
- Creating content for Nasty Gal’s global social media channels with a focus on TikTok and Instagram including creating, filming and editing content as well as being in the content
- Host and present TikTok shop live content on a weekly basis and presenting these to the Nasty Gal audience whilst driving product promotion and sales through engaging and interactive content
- Support with Nasty Gal’s US TikTok shop from setting promotions, working with buying on product pushes and hosting live content
- Quickly create, film, edit, and post engaging content that aligns with brand values and resonates with our audience
- Respond to customer feedback, questions and sales messages during live streams
- Create engaging social content on shoot days and across events including influencer and consumer facing events
- Supporting the wider social team with scheduling, posting and reporting across social metrics
- Supporting with wider Marketing events eg. Student Sample sales, National social days on the calendar that we may plug into eg national unicorn day, Fresher’s Fair and the branding and execution of these.
- Supporting the influencer team with trips and shoots ie. Festival brand trips
- Monitoring and tracking competitors and producing weekly competitor reports
- Capturing content at events, in appointments and within our showroom to be utilised on the Nasty Gal social channels

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal internally and externally
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work
- Flexible working style
- Ability to work under pressure and without constant supervision
- Team Player
- Confident and comfortable to be our social presenter
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of TikTok content creation
- Preferably have experience using TikTok shop
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
- Experience in presenting and being on camera
