Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing
CRM Management: Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships, drive customer engagement, and increase retention.
Client Events: Plan, organize, and manage client-centric events that align with our brand values and business objectives. Ensure events drive business growth and client satisfaction.
B2B Events: Lead the planning and execution of B2B events that promote our products/services, engage potential clients, and build strong business relationships.
Awards Management: Identify relevant industry awards, manage submissions, and coordinate internal teams to highlight our achievements and enhance brand reputation.
2. Public Relations (PR)
Media Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure positive coverage and enhance brand visibility.
PR : coordinate with a local PR Specialist/free-lancer and local executives all local PR activities regarding sales activities (new signings, Believe position in local charts, key partnerships, new releases, company news, product launches, and corporate initiatives. …)
Crisis Management: Support crisis communication strategies to protect the company’s reputation during challenging times.
3. Social Media
Content Planning: Develop and oversee a strategic content calendar for all social media channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales objectives.
Animation: Create and manage engaging social media campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
Moderation: Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to maintain a positive brand image.
Community Management: Foster and grow our online community, ensuring active participation and loyalty through consistent communication and interaction.
4. Monitoring & Reporting
Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing, PR, and social media campaigns using analytics tools. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and PR activities to senior management. Use data-driven insights to guide future strategies.
5. Central/Local Newsflow
Content Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for content flow between headquarters and local teams, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with corporate goals.
Local Adaptation: Work closely with local teams to adapt central content for local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and impact.
Internal Communication: Facilitate the exchange of news, updates, and best practices between central and local teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
