Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Social Media Platforms for 10 Minute School, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence for the Academic Vertical.
- Collaborate closely with the Media team to conceptualize, create, and curate compelling and high-quality vertical specific content that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop and execute innovative and impactful social media campaigns that align with our marketing objectives, leveraging your creativity to capture audience attention.
- Actively contribute to content ideation sessions, bringing fresh and inventive ideas to the table for content marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor and engage with our online community, promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across various social channels to enhance customer relationships.
- Utilize your analytical skills to assess the performance of running campaigns, extracting meaningful insights from social media data to inform future strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the social media landscape, and apply this knowledge to enhance our digital strategies.
- Graduate from any UGC approved university
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management
- Demonstrated track record in content production, showcasing your ability to create engaging and shareable content that drives audience interaction.
- Profound understanding of social media insights and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies for optimization.
- Hands-on experience working collaboratively with production and design teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with our online community and convey our brand's message.
- A passion for staying at the forefront of industry trends and innovations, with a curiosity to explore new ways of reaching and engaging with our audience.
