We are looking for:  

Intelligent, creative and strategic Social Media & Marketing Specialist to manage our products online presence and execute marketing campaigns.

This role involves creating engaging content on social media communities.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and brand storytelling.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YaM, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners for promotional activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand goals.
  • Create compelling graphics, videos, and copy for digital content.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Support paid advertising efforts.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Some experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Languages

• German - Proficiency (B2)
• English - Upper intermediate (B2) 

Other criteria or requirements

• Willing to travel abroad.
• Effective communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1200€ /brutto.
