Digital Marketing Assistant - Online Wine Store

This is a new role that will support the expansion of our client's sales, marketing, and customer service. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager. You are a problem-solver and will play a role as an assistant to the online store manager and owner. You will need to wear a variety of hats.

 This is a never ending process and constant challenge that must be diligently managed, strategically planned and consistently executed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Marketing & Communication of our brand message. Grow the number of consumers hearing and listening to us is our primary goal.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies 
  • Social media group management & growth
  • Customer Service & Troubleshooting as needed
  • Gathering/researching Public Relation contacts/growing detailed contact lists
  • Content creation/planning
  • Assist the manager with any day to day administrative support as required
  • Manage calendars/meetings
  • Lead Generation 
  • Market research
  • Email marketing - Klaviyo & Mailchimp
  • You’ll make recommendations for ways to improve the customer experience
  • Researching solutions for either cost-savings or efficiency improvement
  • Helping the company be more efficient and improve ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree on Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Associate, Digital Marketing Associate, Social Media or related
  • Landing page management, formatting, skus
  • SMS management on Klaviyo (uploading customer info) with developer
  • Affiliate outreach and management 
  • Instagram and Facebook community management 
  • Content calendar management 
  • Holiday/event marketing planning management
  • Data gathering for compliance
  • Responsive and helpful to other tasks as needed
